VISIT OUR SELF-SERVICE DOG WASH!
Our Scottsdale and Cave Creek Road locations both have washtubs!The dog wash costs $15 for fifteen minutes and includes:Aprons, towels, shampoo, conditioner, blow-drying, and an assortment of brushes to use during and after your wash.Each wash session is 15 minutes. There is plenty of time to rinse, lather, rinse, condition, rinse, and even repeat. And blow dry! Most people can wash two dogs in the allocated time frame.
Phoenix Cave Creek Road Dog Wash Station
Open from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm (Enclosed Room Provided)
This location's dog wash station features an enclosed room with a double gate for added safety precautions. Safe for the dog being washed and any other dogs you bring with you. A glass door allows other pet owners to see that the tub is being used efficiently and to wait outside.
Scottsdale Dog Wash Station
Open from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm (Does not Provide An Enclosed Room)
Please note that the dog wash station at this location is not enclosed in a separate room.
Rest assured, the station is designed to provide a safe and comfortable environment for both you and your dog. We understand that bath time isn't every pup’s favorite activity, and some dogs may be a bit vocal — that’s perfectly okay! Our team is always happy to accommodate and make the experience as stress-free as possible.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
PREPARATION
We offer brushes and mitts to use. Look for the bucket of essential tools.
Aprons:
Don't forget to put on the apron we provide. You're here to bathe your pet - not take one yourself!
Grooming Loops: Please attach your dog with a grooming loop provided. Many dogs have jumped out of the enclosed tubs.
Towels:
We provide microfiber towels with every wash. Rubbing down your dog to get rid of the excess water before you blow-dry is essential. Throw them in the laundry bin, and we will wash them with our on-site washer and dryer.
The Bath Experience
Shampoo:
It's time to start washing. The shampoo is included in your wash - we always use TropiClean Pet Products Oatmeal-based shampoos. The shampoo is a frothier and is mixed in the water.
Conditioner:
It's time to bring back the shine and hydration to your dog's coat! Conditioner is included in your wash - we always use TropiClean Pet Products, leaving their coats soft and plush while bringing out their natural luster and brilliance.
Blow-Dry:
Because not all dogs enjoy being blown-dried, the machine offers two settings for the blow dryer. If your dog dislikes the blower, you can use the low setting for a quieter experience. You can easily switch to the higher setting if your dog enjoys the air.

Lastly, don't forget the reward!
Treats! Please be sure to look for the jar on the blue dryer. Help yourself.
Leave the mess for us! Keep your bathroom tidy. We will disinfect the tub. Reminder: you can disinfect before you wash. It's up to you. There is an option.
